Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Sky Media Library ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You must register an account to buy tokens, stream, or download content. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must provide accurate information and are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform.

3. Tokens & payments

Sky Media Library operates on a token-based credit system. Tokens are purchased via mobile money (MTN or Airtel) and manually verified by our administrators.

• Tokens are non-transferable between accounts.
• Once a purchase has been verified and tokens have been credited, they cannot be refunded unless a duplicate or fraudulent transaction is proven.
• Submitting a false or duplicate transaction ID is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• Token prices and pack sizes may change at any time without prior notice.

4. Content access

When you spend tokens to unlock a movie, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Stream the movie through our official player at any time.
• Download one personal copy of the movie for offline viewing.

You may not:

• Re-sell, redistribute, share, or publicly display the movie.
• Bypass, remove, or circumvent any digital rights management (DRM), watermark, or access control.
• Use automated tools to download, scrape, or re-encode our content.
• Share your account credentials with others.

Violation of these restrictions will result in permanent account termination and may lead to legal action.

5. Library & VJ content

Libraries and content creators are solely responsible for ensuring they own or have licensed all rights to the movies they upload. By uploading content, you grant Sky Media Library a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, stream, and distribute the content through our platform.

You warrant that your content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other rights of third parties. We reserve the right to remove any content at any time.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt the Service.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users or staff.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sky Media Library shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
